Scatas helped me out when the DMV would do nothing for me. I couldnt get an appointment at a DMV until after Labor Day, which was like a week and a half away. I watch my twin grandchildren every day from 7:30 in the morning till 4:30 in the afternoon and once school starts I need to pick them up from pre-school bring them home and take care of them till 4:30. Not having a legally registered vehicle was gonna be a huge issue for me and my family. I went to a DMV at 6:15 in the morning I could not get an appointment so I stood in line for three hours, at this point, someone came out from the DMV and told us 615 that they could not take us because they were too busy after waiting in line for three hours. The only other thing I could think of was Scatas. I left the DMV and drove straight to Scattas with all of my paperwork in hand. I walked through the door and Sarah was standing behind the counter. I told her my situation and she said I would be more than welcome to leave the paperwork with her and she would try to get to it before she went to lunch. Thats exactly what Sarah did. She worked on my paperwork before she went to lunch and by 1 oclock I was back in Scatas picking up my paperwork and new plates. Sarah went above and beyond to help me and I will never forget how Scatas happilygot me back on track. Thank you, Sarah and thank you Scatas
