I greatly appreciate how fast and convenient it was to register my car here. I was able to register my car 2 days after making an appointment. Sarah was thorough from our conversation on the phone/email informing me on all the paperwork needed. Sarah was also very attentive to all the customers who entered Scata's while I was there.

Was able to get a “next day” appointment for my car registration, far better than any DMV. Only $50 convenience fee. Everyone was very friendly. Would come here again.

great place to get registration much better than DMV

Needed emission test done, and new registration on the Jeep I purchased. I was able to get right in for the emission test. Appointment for registration was going to be schedule for 3 days from now, which was great considering how long it takes to get in at DMV. Sarah was able to do my registration while I was getting the emission done. She had a no show, and even though she was crazy busy with calls and customers coming in, she did my new registration. Watching her interact with customers was great. Great customer service. I will be using Scatas for my automotive needs in the future.

Highly recommended. I'm new to town and was looking for my new, permanent, honest, fair-priced mechanic. When I recently got a used car and took it to them I found they are all these things. Every staff member I interacted with is professional, friendly and attentive. I have total confidence I will be taken well care of every appointment. They even do emissions testing and registration. I noticed there were little extras done that they did not mention or charge for. This is so appreciated and I tell everyone about how great they are. Thank you, I will return.
