Windsor Locks Auto Repair

Brought my 2005 Avalon in as the check engine and VSC lights were on. After an immediate diagnosis of the problem (knock sensor) I was told they would need to get into the system get more information. I left the car with them and a while later received a call with an estimate and I told them to proceed. After getting into the system they called again to say it was a rodent problem and the cost would be more to replace chewed wires, etc. I had Scata's proceed with the work and I am extremely pleased. They were very professional and courteous and proceeded in a cautious manner, keeping me informed at each step of the process. And as an added bonus almost $400 dollars less than another shop who just priced out parts/labor without going into the system.

Have had maintenance work done in the past but I had an emergency repair and I was welcomed, given a very fair price and most of all; work was done according to my very hectic schedule.
