I cannot thank this place enough! Life savor!!! We depend upon our cars so much...almost like our legs for walking that we don't even realize that when we don't have them how much trouble it truly can be. I drove down a bad road and quickly had two nails stuck in front tire and two in the back. I am so apprehensive of trying new places so I called my trusted places in which none of them could fix the same day. This place not only had taken me in on the same day to repair both tires but also prices were very reasonable and work is outstanding. I'd highly recommend Scatas to all my friends and family! Convenient and reliable!

Only complaint I have is that I wish I started with you in 2002.

My sons car had a flat tire along with striped lug nuts . I couldn’t get them off and Triple A couldn’t either. We put air in his car tire and got it to Scatas. It was at the end of the day on a Friday afternoon just before closing time. They didn’t Evan hesitate to assist us Evan though it was closing time on a Friday afternoon. They were able to help us and my son and I were very grateful. They are a trusted garage and we have been using them for over ten years. They have always been very fair and reasonable.

As always, Joe and his crew were very accommodating and got my Jeep in right away for a needed emergency repair. Within an hour or so it was fixed and running with no problems, and I was on my way. I’ve been going to Scata’s for about 20 years now and see no reason to go elsewhere. Indeed, when I retire and move, I’ll probably try to arrange my visits back to CT to coincide with the maintenance needs of whatever vehicle I’m driving at the time.

Professional environment and knowledgeable staff. Offer wifi, tv and snacks for customers waiting on repairs.

I’ve been going to Scata’s for at least 20 years. Always courteous and professional service, I’ve never felt I was being ripped off, or being conned, like I usually felt when I would go to various auto dealership service departments in CT and MA prior to my “discovering” Scata’s. Joe, his CSRs, and his technicians are top notch, and the facility is well maintained and easily accessed.
