Windsor Locks Auto Repair

It is the beginning of January and we are expecting our first snow storm tomorrow and my cars heater is not working. Scata's was able to take my car in at lunch time and have it done by the end of the day...with heat!!! The guys there are wonderful to work with.

What a great experience! I had scheduled an appointment to have my Emissions Done, Oil Changed and Adjustment of my tire pressure. When I called to book my appointment, I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant man who took care of everything for me. I dropped my car off the night before, I had requested it be ready between 10 and 11am and I received a phone call a little before 11am that it was ready to go! I will use Scata's again, great service with a smile!

I had a brake light out but I couldn't leave the car at the shop because I had some errands to run. I asked I they could check the problem while I waited and I was told to come in and they would take care of it. When I arrived, a technician started working on the car, replaced the blown bulb and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Thanks Dave and Brian for the great service and for being so helpful when a customers needs special attention.

This trip, as usual, I had an issue with my vehicle. It was the day after Christmas, when no one else was even open.Brian tole me to bring my vehicle right in.It was put on a lift and serviced immediately. I was back on the road in an hour! I have been using no one but Lee Myles in Bohemia for both of my vehicles for the past 8 years and have never had one complaint!! Brian and Dave have always gone above-and-beyond when it comes to honesty, reliability, and customer satisfaction. I am a customer for life!

Just want to thank the guys at Scata's. Had an issue with my truck right before the holidays that required a significant amount of time to repair. When I brought my vehicle in they immediately secured parts and I was back on the road by noon the next day.

I had visited Lee Myles in Bohemia bc I had won a gift certificate for an oil change. What a great experience. I made an appt brought my car in. The staff was friendly professional. They did not try and push any add ons. My car was done in a timely manner. I will def return!
