I called Lee Myles at 6pm on a Friday evening with an immediate "service engine light" problem. Not only did I get a phone call back at 7pm from Dave to see if he could help, but he made arrangements for me to be seen first thing the following morning. My car was diagnosed within 20 minutes to see if it had an urgent problem. I had to leave my car for service, so Brian called to arrange Enterprise to pick me up at the shop so I could rent a car to make my appointments for the day. Brian called me three times throughout the day to update me on the progress of my repairs and my car was ready the same afternoon. The service is always exceptional and I am always treated with the utmost professionalism and concern.
